What makes PhotoPlan different?
At PhotoPlan we know that quality photography and informative floorplans play an equally important role when marketing a property. Our team of established and experienced real estate photographers are also trained floor planners. We can therefore offer very competitive packages for both great photography and informative floorplans that will attract significantly better enquiry than by photography alone. PhotoPlan works – we stake our name on it.
How do I schedule a shoot?
Simply log in and click to ‘My PhotoPlan”. Complete the order form and submit. Alternatively you can call us on (09) 634 1448 email at info@photoplan.co.nz
What is your shoot availability?
With a team of multiple photographers across the country, we can schedule your shoot with short notice from morning to night, 7 days a week.
How/when will I get my images?
We always aim for a next-day turn around. We will send you an email confirmation when you order is complete.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment is taken at time of order by way of our secure payment gateway unless prior arrangements have been made. You pay using any major credit card or debit card.
How long are my PhotoPlan images hosted?
Your photos and floorplans will be stored in your PhotoPlan account as long as you need them and are accessible anytime, anywhere. Click the My PhotoPlan tab to view your orders and to download images.
What format and size are the finished images?
The photos are all "png" images suitable for web and print marketing campaigns. Higher resolution images are stored for 30 days and can be supplied free of charge on request if required of higher resolution print jobs.
Are the PhotoPlan images large enough to print?
Yes, our high resolution images are generally large enough for print marketing needs and for many print publications. However, each print house may have more specific size requirements. Our images are generally optimised to 2560x1920px at 240 dpi so please check with your print publisher beforehand to ensure that our image sizes will be sufficient.
How do I get a PhotoPlan account?
Simply take 1 minute to register online . Your ‘My PhotoPlan’ account is used for management of all of your orders and storage of photos and floorplans, and is offered free of charge.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Absolutely. We offer several programs to serve high volume agents or offices with reduced pricing. Please email info@photoplan.co.nz for more information.
If I am not a real estate agent, can I still use your services?
Yes! Unlike other real estate photographers we serve the general public and encourage private sellers and landlords to make use of our services. Feel free to place an order through the site. It is extremely simple!

I forgot my password, how can I get a new one?
Simply click the "forgot password" link on the login box (at the top of the screen) and enter the email you used to create your account. We will send you a new password immediately.
What do I use for my login username?
Your login username is the email address you used during your registration. If you have forgotten this username, please email info@photoplan.co.nz and we will send you this info.
